Open desired loan in Calyx Point.
• Click on the File menu at the top of the window.
• Select Export To from the drop down list.
• Choose Fannie Mae 3.0 or higher as the export type.
• A new window will open.
• Choose a directory/folder to save the file in.
• Click Save
• The Fannie Mae export file is saved to the selected directory.
