1. Open the Byte loan file from which you want to create the fnm file.
2. Go to the Main Menu, click Communications on the left side, double click on
lenders.
3. Double click Export Fannie Mae File.
4. An Export Fannie Mae file popup screen will appear. Enter the appropriate
selections from the dropdown list. You can click the Validate button to check for
errors, click close and fix errors to edit the file quickly. Click Next.
5. Repeat step 4 until all errors have been corrected.
6. Click Create File. A popup window will alert you that the fnm file has been
created successfully. Click OK.
Note: The file will be stored in the C: \TQS5\Temp folder, and it will have the Byte
file name with an fnm extension.
